Skallarna har genom åren gjort ett stort intryck världen över med releaser på Important Records, Kning Disk och Conspiracy för att nämna några få och så klart de stundande plattorna 'Peer Amid' på Thrill Jockey Records och 'The Slow Storm' på Deleted Art.

Sjuans två låtar Gospel Of The Skull och Push It Down On Me sjungs av ingen mindre än The Skull DFX femte medlem Daniel Higgs. Mr. Higgs var bl.a medlem i Lungfish som släppte en rad skivor på Dischord Records på 90-talet och tidigt 2000 tal. På senare tid har han dessutom gett ut en rad mer experimentella plattor på diverse bolag och den överfeta Hymnprovisations for Banjo by the (A.I.U) with Piano & Raindrops på Ideal Recordings.

Gospel Of The Skull släpps enbart i en limiterad upplaga av 500 exemplar. Konstnären Fredrik Söderberg står för skivans vackra artwork!

The Skulls Defekts have over the years made a huge impact worldwide with releases on Important Records, Kning Disk and Conspiracy to name a few, and of course the upcoming records 'Peer Amid' on Thrill Jockey Records (OUT NOW!) & 'The Slow Storm' on Deleted Art/Psychic Malmoe.

The two songs on the 7" Gospel Of The Skull and Push It Down On Me is sung by none other than The Skull DFX fifth member Daniel Higgs.
Mr.. Higgs was a member of Lungfish and released a series of records on Dischord Records in the 90's and early 2000's. Recently he also published a series of more experimental albums on various companies and the masterpiece Hymnprovisations for Banjo By The (AIU) with Piano & Raindrops on Ideal Recordings.

Gospel Of The Skull is released only in a limited edition of 500 copies. The artist Fredrik Söderberg stands for the disc's beautiful artwork!
